 Fall 2020 Recreation Season Is Here!

To register your child(ren), just follow these 4 easy steps:
2. Click Register in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
3. Follow the prompts to create an account.
4. Register your child(dren) when the registration period opens (March 29th) by logging in to your account and setting up each player.

Fall 2020 Recreation Details

Registration, Waiting List, Cancellation Requests  

All players must register with OSC during its annual registration period. 
Fall 2020 Recreation registration is effective from March 28th through June 30th.

Recreation Fees per Division:
U6 Division - $110
U8 & U10 Divisions - $130
U12 & U15 Divisions - $140

Discounts & Rebates Available:
Head Coach Rebate - $30
Multi-Player per Household - $10

Snack Shack Fundraiser:
To support our Snack Shack and ensure volunteer coverage, each household will either participate with a 2-hour Snack Shack duty or complete a $50 buyout.

After the registration period ends, you may request to be wait-listed at [email protected]
If your player clears wait-list a $25 non-refundable late fee is assessed to each player.

REFUND POLICY: 
Non-refundable administrative fee of $25 through May 29th
Non-refundable administrative fee of $25 fee then 50% Refund through June 30th 
No refund after July 1st

Refund requests will be reviewed by the Board of Directors for approval. 
Cancellation Policy permits medical documented reason(s) or relocating from the surrounding area.

Refund policy for Fall Recreational Soccer
::COVID-19 UPDATE:: (as of May 1, 2020)

What if the season is cancelled? 
Should the guidelines set forth by our governing agencies impact the ability to have a season at all, we as a Board have agreed to refund 100% of the money collected in registration back to the payee. Our NUMBER ONE objective is the player's safety, which includes their families. 
The main thing we forfeit is flexibility with late registration. We will not be able to take late registrations if we offer this refund policy. 

What if I still need to cancel (not COVID-19 related)
It is our intention to collect fees only for players placed on a team. 
We do understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur and there might be a need to request for a refund.
OSC does incur costs during the registration process that we must consider in our refund policy. 
We have costs that must be paid prior to our season start date. Based on these fees, a pro-rated refund is utilized by OSC.

Your request will be reviewed and processed, if approved, within 30 days.
